You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

• The purchased course has not been assigned to your account within the expiration date from your date of purchase.
• You have been charged twice for the same course or subscription.
• Under any other circumstance, we will not consider any requests for refund as this is a digital course purchase.
